Your free GAiGE Pro account
Approved partners get The GAiGE Pro for their own organisation, complimentary, for up to 30 users, while the partnership is active. Use it to run The GAiGE internally, demo it to clients with real data, and know the product you're recommending.
How it's granted
When we approve your application, we look for an organisation you own under your GAiGE account:
- If you own an organisation that doesn't have a paid subscription, it's switched to the Pro plan with a 30-user cap, free of charge. No card, no trial countdown.
- If your organisation already has a paid subscription, we don't touch your billing — we'll be in touch to sort the comp out manually.
- If you don't have an organisation yet, set one up and contact us — the comp isn't applied automatically after approval.
Your Manage Plan page will show "Partner plan — The GAiGE Pro, complimentary for up to 30 users while your partnership is active" instead of the usual trial countdown or upgrade prompts.
The 30-user cap
The complimentary account covers up to 30 active users. Inviting a 31st is blocked with a clear message. If your own team outgrows 30, talk to us — there's usually a sensible arrangement.
If the partnership ends
If your partnership ends (for example, it's suspended), the complimentary plan ends with a 30-day runway rather than an instant cut-off:
- You keep Pro features for 30 days from the change.
- After the runway, the standard expiry flow applies — the same one a lapsed trial gets, where your account becomes read-only for a period and you can subscribe at any time to reactivate. The "How billing works" article in our main help collection covers that flow in detail.
- Subscribing normally at any point keeps your organisation running independently of partner status.
We'll email you about any change to your partnership, so none of this happens silently.
