The GAiGE measures the real-world impact of the AI tools your team uses, and tells you whether they're worth what you're paying for them.

What problem does it solve

You're paying for ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Midjourney, or any of two-dozen other AI tools your people may have signed up for. You probably have no idea which of them are actually making a difference, who's using them, or whether you're getting your money back.

Email surveys to find out get ignored. The GAiGE solves this with micro-surveys delivered through a browser extension: short pulses that arrive on a regular cadence, appear on whatever page the person is already on, take about thirty seconds, and build up a picture of effectiveness over time.

How it works in 60 seconds

1. Add the AI tools your organisation pays for (and what you pay per seat per month).
2. Invite your team and assign people to the tools they have access to.
3. Roll out the browser extension, and make sure people turn on page pulses when they sign in. From then on a short pulse arrives on its cadence, wherever they're working: "Did you use it today? How much time did it save? How well did it perform?"
4. Watch the data build up. Within a couple of weeks you'll have enough responses to see which tools are paying off, where seats are going unused, and which teams are getting the most value.

What you'll see in the platform

• Dashboard: the 60-second answer to "is our AI program working?" Shows your overall ROI multiplier, hours saved, what you are paying for unused seats, and the top three things to look at this period.
• Reports: the deep-dive view. Filter by tool, group, or period. Compare to prior periods. Drill into per-tool, per-group breakdowns. Read the auto-generated insights and the verbatim feedback from your team.
• AI Tools, Users, Groups, Pulses: the operational pages where you set everything up.
