Plans Compared — Lite, Standard, Pro and Enterprise

The GAiGE comes in three plans. Each one builds on the last, and you can switch between them at any time.

At a glance

For exact prices at your team size, head to Settings → Manage Plan. Drag the user-count slider and you'll see what each plan costs you specifically.

A few things common to every plan

• Free trial, up to 30 days, on Pro. Your first AI Impact Report, free. No credit card. Trials are capped at 200 users.
• Volume-banded pricing. You pay a flat fee for tiers like "up to 30 users" / "up to 60 users" / etc. Adding people doesn't punish you with a per-seat ramp.
• Monthly or annual. Annual gives you 3 months free (25% off the equivalent monthly cost).
• Australian-built. All prices are in AUD and shown ex GST; GST is added at checkout.
• Privacy-first by default. Pulses are aggregated and anonymous. Admins see trends, never individual answers. On every plan.

What's included specifically

Standard

You get all three Core Pulses: The AI Pulse (3×/week), The AI Review (deeper retrospective) and The AI Capability Check, with admin-configurable schedules. Unlimited AI tools. The full Reports suite: ROI, by-tool, by-group, period-over-period deltas. PDF export of the branded AI Impact Report. Group Leaders role so team leads see their slice. CSV export, weekly admin digest email.

Best fit: teams of 20–500 actively rolling AI out and wanting to compare adoption across functions.

Pro

Adds custom pulses with branching logic. Design your own questions and conditional flows. Unlimited pulses. Comparison views (this period vs. last) and smart insights. Plain-English observations the dashboard surfaces from your data automatically. Industry benchmarks and a white-label pulse widget are on the way for Pro.

Best fit: teams that have outgrown the standard pulses and want to ask very specific things, plus get prompts about what's worth investigating.

Enterprise

Everything in Pro plus enterprise-ready security, integrations and controls designed to meet your specific requirements: SSO (SAML / OIDC), HR system integrations (BambooHR, Workday, Personio), custom domain and white-labelling, dedicated environment, custom contracts (DPA, MSA), a dedicated Customer Success Manager, and priority support with SLA.

Best fit: orgs of 500+ with security review processes, or where you want The GAiGE to feel like an extension of your own systems.

Already on Lite?

Lite was retired from sale in June 2026. If your org is already on Lite, nothing changes: you keep your plan, your features and your pricing for as long as you stay on it. If you'd like the full reports suite (including the PDF AI Impact Report), upgrading to Standard or Pro works the same way it always has.

Not sure which one?

Your trial runs on Pro, so you get 30 days with the full product before you have to choose. If the custom pulses, the library and the comparison views are the parts you keep using, Pro is your answer. If you settle into the three core pulses and the standard reports, Standard covers it.
