A few things common to every plan
- 14-day free trial. No credit card. Pause or leave anytime.
- Volume-banded pricing. You pay a flat fee for tiers like "up to 20 users" / "up to 50 users" / etc. Adding people doesn't punish you with a per-seat ramp.
- Monthly or annual. Annual saves about 25% off the equivalent monthly cost.
- Australian-built, GST-inclusive. All prices in AUD include 10% GST.
- Privacy-first by default. Pulses are aggregated and anonymous. Admins see trends, never individual answers — on every plan.
What's included specifically
Lite
The cheapest paid plan. You get The AI Pulse — our flagship 3×/week pulse measuring satisfaction, time saved, and adoption per AI tool. Up to 5 AI tools and a simplified dashboard view.
Best fit: teams of 1–50 just dipping into "is our AI spend working?". You get a clear ROI number per tool with minimal setup.
Standard
Adds the other two Core Pulses — The AI Review (fortnightly retrospective) and The AI Capability Check (monthly). Up to 15 AI tools. The full Reports suite: ROI, by-tool, by-group, period-over-period deltas. Group Leaders role so team leads see their slice. CSV export, weekly admin digest email.
Best fit: teams of 20–500 actively rolling AI out and wanting to compare adoption across functions.
Pro
Adds custom pulses with branching logic — design your own questions and conditional flows. Unlimited tools and unlimited pulses. Comparison views (this period vs. last) and smart insights — plain-English observations the dashboard surfaces from your data automatically.
Best fit: teams that have outgrown the standard pulses and want to ask very specific things, plus get prompts about what's worth investigating.
Enterprise
Everything in Pro plus the bits IT and procurement want: SSO (SAML / OIDC), HR system integrations (BambooHR, Workday, Personio), custom domain and white-labelling, dedicated environment, custom contracts (DPA, MSA), a dedicated Customer Success Manager, and priority support with SLA.
Best fit: orgs of 500+ with security review processes, or where you want The GAiGE to feel like an extension of your own systems.
