How the partner programme works

The partner programme is built for AI consultancies, advisors and implementation partners who recommend The GAiGE to clients. Partners earn 25% recurring commission for 12 months on every subscription attributed to them. This article covers the lifecycle — applying, approval, and what you get as a partner.

Applying

You apply from inside the app, using your normal GAiGE account:

1. Sign in (or create an account) at The GAiGE.
2. Go to Partner hub and click Apply to become a partner — or head straight to /partner/apply.
3. Tell us about your company, your typical clients, and how you plan to use the programme, then accept the partner terms.

There's no separate partner login — your GAiGE sign-in is your partner sign-in. One application per account: if you've already applied, you'll see your existing application instead.

While your application is under review, the Partner hub shows a "we're reviewing your application" status. We review applications by hand and will email you within a couple of business days.

What approval gives you

When our team approves your application, you receive an email with your partner kit, and the Partner hub unlocks:

• A partner slug — your short identifier, used in your tracking link and promo codes.
• Promo codes — a selection of discount codes you can offer clients on their first 3 months on monthly plans. See Your promo codes and tracking link.
• A tracking link — attributes clients to you automatically at sign-up, no code needed.
• Commission — 25% of the net recurring subscription revenue from each attributed client, for 12 months from the date they're attributed. See How commissions are calculated and paid.
• A free GAiGE Pro account for your own organisation, for up to 30 users, while the partnership is active. See Your free GAiGE Pro account.

The Partner hub

Everything lives at Partner hub in the app sidebar: your tracking link, promo codes, attributed clients with their live monthly commission and setup status, monthly statements, payout details, and the co-sell kit.

Before you can be paid

We need your business and bank details on file before we can transfer commissions — the hub prompts you until they're saved. See Adding your payout details.

If a partnership ends

If a partnership is suspended or otherwise ends, commissions stop accruing and the complimentary Pro account enters a 30-day runway (details in Your free GAiGE Pro account). We'll always email you about any status change.
